ABOUT US
Ye Olde Inne has been a local watering hole for over 500 years. The 13th Century, grade II listed building, sits proudly in the medieval village of Westerleigh. Next door, the charming church of Saint James The Great stands tall, boasting one of the most excellent examples of 15th-century towers in the area.

There were rumours that an ancient tunnel existed beneath the pub connecting it to the old Friary and the church. According to Westerleigh locals, when excavations began for the foundations of the conservatory, builders discovered the remains of tunnelling work beneath the pub. For now, the tunnels are filled in, so we’ll have to imagine the goings-on in medieval Westerleigh!

Today, the ancient wooden beams and interior stone wall add to the warm and welcoming atmosphere for locals and visitors to the Cotswolds. We are offering local ales, ciders and all the usual suspects on tap. Our experienced kitchen team serve up the best pub grub, delicious gourmet pizza and very soon - our famous Sunday Roasts with all the trimmings.

In the colder months, the bar lounge is a comfy retreat. Our front snug bar is a secretive meet-up area, and our sun-filled conservatory makes the darkest days seem light. On sunny days, visit our large garden - conveniently situated next to the village playground for the kids!
Make it a point to visit Ye Olde Inne and see what all the fuss is about for yourselves. Bookings highly recommended for Sunday Lunch.
